Microsoft releases Windows 365 Link Cloud PC Mini Host, $349

IT Home reported on November 19 that Microsoft launched a Windows 365 Link Cloud PC 'mini host' at the Microsoft Ignite 2024 event, which is actually a thin client host (cloud computer/screen projector), mainly used To connect local monitors, keyboards, mouses and external I/O devices, priced at US$349 (IT Home Note: Currently about RMB 2,525), it will be available in April 2025.

According to Microsoft, this host can start within a few seconds after being powered on and can 'instantly' wake up from sleep. The host has no local applications/data and can only remotely connect to Microsoft Azure Cloud PC for operation (Azure Cloud PC services require an additional subscription).

In terms of specifications, the device adopts passive heat dissipation, supports Wi Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, and is equipped with 1 USB-C interface, 2 USB-A interfaces, 1 HDMI interface, 1 DP interface, and 1 RJ45 interface.
